Message	you are ripping the whole car apart. I did the same, just kept teh 5speed, but replaced the rear subframe, painted the car, and had to do a lot of custom parts. Only the people that have never done it say it is hard to do. It is just like pulling the engine on a TT. Only difference is that you have to hook up a boost controller, and then install teh ICs.
